For couples
Everything you need to know about finding and booking a wedding through VowNow.
VowNow is a marketplace for newly available wedding deals. We connect couples with venues that have open dates, cancelled bookings, or off-peak weekends — usually at a meaningful discount. If you're flexible on timing or planning a short-notice celebration, VowNow helps you have your dream wedding for less.
Browse available wedding listings, filter by date, location, and budget, and inquire on anything that catches your eye. The vendor receives your inquiry directly and follows up to share more details, schedule a visit, and lock in your date. Once you're aligned, you sign and pay the vendor directly.
Most listings are posted because something opened up — a cancellation, an unsold weekend, or an off-peak date a venue wants to fill quickly. Venues would rather offer a discount than let a date go empty, which means real savings for couples who can move fast.
Yes. We verify every listing before it goes live, and only approved vendors can publish. You always sign a contract directly with the vendor, just like you would for any wedding booking — VowNow is the discovery and inquiry layer, not a payment escrow. We recommend reading the contract carefully and asking the vendor any questions before paying a deposit.
Your inquiry goes directly to the vendor, who typically responds within 1–2 business days. They'll confirm availability, share more details about pricing and what's included, and offer to schedule a call or site visit. You're under no obligation until you sign a contract.
Almost always — and we strongly recommend it. Most listings explicitly welcome site visits, and the vendor will coordinate a time directly with you. For genuinely short-notice listings (under two weeks), some vendors may require a video walkthrough instead.
Each listing details exactly what's included — venue rental, catering, hours of coverage, any add-ons, and so on. Pricing varies by package, but every listing lists inclusions clearly. If something is unclear, ask the vendor in your inquiry; they'll send a detailed proposal.
Payment is handled directly between you and the vendor. After you agree on terms, the vendor will send a contract and a deposit invoice through their normal process. VowNow does not collect or hold payments.

How to list your venue's newly available wedding dates on VowNow.
Click "List Your Wedding" from the homepage to start a listing. You'll provide photos, venue details, available dates, pricing, and what's included. Once submitted, our team reviews the listing within 1–2 business days before it goes live.
Any newly available wedding date at your venue — a cancellation, a rescheduled booking, an unsold weekend, an off-peak or short-notice opening. If it's discounted from your standard rate and ready to book, it likely fits.
Listing on VowNow is free during our launch phase. We're focused on building a high-quality marketplace, so we don't charge a posting fee or take a percentage of bookings right now. We'll give vendors plenty of notice before any pricing changes.
Most listings are reviewed and published within 1–2 business days. We do a quick verification pass to make sure photos, pricing, and details meet our standards. If anything needs clarification, we'll reach out before publishing.
Yes. You can update photos, dates, pricing, and details anytime from your vendor portal. Significant changes (like adding new dates or restructuring pricing) may go through a quick re-review, but most edits publish immediately.
Inquiries are routed directly to the email address on your vendor profile. From there, you communicate with couples through your usual process — email, phone, or whatever fits your workflow. We don't insert ourselves into the conversation; you own the relationship.
